1. Premium cigar smoking only! Michigan law allows for only premium cigars to be smoked here at Ernesto's; no cigarettes, pipes, vapes, etc.

2. Please be kind and courteous to our staff, we will happily answer any questions and serve you to the best of our ability. Treat others as you would like to be treated!

3.Conversations are to be kept civil. We are all friends here and while we all have our views and opinions there are always those that disagree, so please keep things cordial!

4. While we do allow for external cigars to be brought in (we can't carry every cigar in the world) we are required to meet a minimum sale of tobacco so please help us out by buying local.

 5. Please do not snuff out cigars in the ashtray! This leaves a terrible odor that lingers while the next guest is enjoying the lounge. Simply put your finished cigar in the ashtray and it will extinguish quickly.

6. Cutters and lighters are provided at a convenience for use at the bar. We sell all the products that we use here and we would be happy to sell you one of our cutters or lighters!

7. Lastly, and most important, enjoy your time here! We are happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure you have a great time here at Ernesto's!
